Here is a picture taken during a camping trip to the upper peninsula last summer. This is where the Two Hearted river drains into Lake Superior between Grand Marais and Whitefish Point. This is a favorite place of mine and I hear there is great trout fishing here.

This photo has a "feel" to it that I can't identify, but it's wonderful. I love the composition, but there is something more than that and the sky that draws me. Excellent!
Ah, Lake Superior is so calm. When we were there in September, the lake was raging and tumultuous. It is nice to know that at times it actually looks like a lake.
